This conference is for family engagement specialist, advocates, and staff, as well as parents. There will also be a leadership track for Head Start Directors, Assistant Directors, CEO’s, Executive Directors, Human Resources, Fiscal, and other leadership staff.

The North Carolina Head Start Association (NCHSA) invites you to submit a proposal for presentation at our 2023 Family Engagement/Leadership conference. Our conferences provide the perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues and gain insight from noted speakers and knowledgeable presenters addressing key issues, quality initiatives, and best practices. Our training conferences are uniquely designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of the Head Start community.
Selection of proposals will be made by our T&TA team. Once a proposal has been approved, the Lead Presenter will receive notification of our decision by June 14th, 2023.
